一、购票须知
1、1岁以下不建议乘机。
2、1-2岁可以抱坐。
3、3岁以上须占座。
4、儿童乘客(未满十岁)须由一名监护人陪同。一成人携带一儿童(十岁以下)。未成年乘客(满十岁至未满十八岁)可独自乘坐穗港澳航班。70岁以上人士不建议乘机,如需乘机,请出具医疗证明或签署免责声明)。
5、一般而言,孕妇乘搭直升机不会有任何问题。但我们仍建议孕妇于安排行程前征询主诊医生的意见。满32周的孕妇必须携带签发的医疗证明,医疗证明的内容须包括: 你适合乘坐飞机。请注意:为了孕妇的安全及健康着想,如你未能出示医疗证明、如医疗证明已过期或医疗证明不能提供上述所需资料,穗港澳航班保留拒绝孕妇登机的权利。任何怀孕乘客宣称适合乘坐直升机均须签署免责书。
6、登机前应自行申明身体情况,并认真填写空中游览旅客信息登记表。对于患有心脏病、高血压、严重恐高症和严重晕机病等疾病,以及在15日内有创口手术的旅客,禁止登机。
7、无陪儿童、残障人士、高龄人士、犯人等特殊游客,只有在符合公司规定的条件下经公司预先同意并做出安排后方予登机。传染病患者、精神病患者或健康情况可能危及自身或影响其他游客安全的游客,公司不予登机。根据国家有关规定不能乘机的游客,公司有权拒绝其乘机。
二、关于改签、退票、退款
旅客购票后如需改签,请对原订单进行退票后,重新预订。
旅客可在购票成功后30分钟内提交退票申请,客服确认后3-5个工作日实现退款。
旅客因个人原因误机,公司不予退款。
三、发票问题

l Unaccompanied children, people with disabilities, senior citizens, pregnant women, and prisoners are boarding under restricted conditions.
l children under 1 year old are not recommended to fly with us; children aged 1-2 can sit in a hug, and children over 3 years old must occupy a seat. One adult and one child (under 10 years of age);
l Pregnant women should consult their attending doctor for advice before flying. Pregnant women who are over 32 weeks in their pregnancy must present a medical certificate issued by a doctor. The medical certificate must indicate that you are suitable for flying.
l People over 70 are not recommended to fly with us. If you are to fly, please provide a medical certificate or sign a disclaimer.
l Please arrive at the airport half an hour before check-in.
l Please wear tight clothes and shoes, and avoid loose shoes such as slippers and sandals. Do not wear a cap.
l It is prohibited to carry dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, toxic substances, knives, lighters, etc. on the plane.
l Please carry out security check in accordance with the instructions of our staff. Please have yourself and your baggage weighed and registered by our staff. During the epidemic, please have your temperature taken and present your Yuekang Code/Itinerary Card Code, which should be green for you to fly. Passengers who refuse to go through security check will be barred from boarding.
l Please watch the safety video or follow the safety instructions given by our staff.
l Please follow our staff to board the helicopter or leave the apron.
l Please keep off the middle and rear parts of the helicopter, and parents and guardians must take good care of their children.
l Smoking is prohibited on the apron, runway, and cabin.
l Please wear a life jacket and fasten your seat belt at all times.
l Please turn off electronic communication equipment such as mobile phones and computers before boarding.
l Please follow the instructions of the crew during the flight. Do not touch the buttons and switches on the aircraft, or interfere with the pilot's operation.
l If you feel unwell during the flight, please inform the crew.
l Should a dangerous situation occur during the flight, you must obey the pilot's instructions and not conduct self-rescue behavior without authorization. In case of emergency landing, be sure to fasten your shoulder straps and seat belts, remain seated, and make an emergency landing posture.
l There are no sanitary facilities on board, please go to the toilet before boarding.
l If the flight cannot take off due to air traffic control, bad weather, etc., we will notify the passengers in advance and refund.

④ 过安检后进入候机室隔离区(起降点登机的乘客进入候机车辆等候);
⑤ 禁止携带违禁品乘坐飞机。

① 穿好救生衣(如海域飞行),戴好耳罩,关闭电子通信设备或开飞行模式;
② 在工作人员指挥下按次序登机;
③ 按工作人员的座位安排就坐后,系好安全带;
④ 全程禁止吸烟。

③ 不得擅自打开机舱门;
④ 不得干扰机长操作。
飞机到达目的站后,由工作人员打开舱门,听从工作人员指挥离开停机坪后到指定地点提取行李。

Please watch the safety video or follow the safety instructions given by our staff (a form is attached hereby where you are expected to sign declaring you have watched the video). Note: the video is expected to vary slightly according to the aircraft you are taking and last about 7-10 minutes.

After the aircraft arrives at its destination, please follow the instructions to leave the apron as our staff open the cabin doors and claim your baggage at the designated area.
这是乘坐直升机的一般安全要求,不是直升机飞行的所有安全预防措施。飞行员应提供有关直升机特性的飞行前安全解说回答一些相关飞行的补充问题。

⑥ 所有乘客必须允许检查行李,否则不予通行。
⑦ 请穿着紧固的衣鞋,避免着拖鞋、凉鞋等易脱落的鞋子。
① 起飞前所有的货物必须安全绑好。
② 在直升机降落前保持机坪和跑道清洁无杂物。
③ 飞行员的职责:在整个飞行过程中,飞行员对飞机和乘客负责,并提供完整的解说,包括救生衣的使用方法。
④ 在飞行员视野范围内靠近和离开飞机,不能擅自走到飞机的尾桨和尾梁下。
⑤ 未经飞行员和基地工作人员允许,乘客不得擅自登机或下飞机。
⑥ 在整个飞行过程中必须绑紧安全带,飞行员有其他指令的情况下除外。
⑦ 海上飞行旅客必须全程穿戴好救生衣。
⑧ 在登机、飞行中、离开飞机必须佩戴听力保护器(耳机)。
⑨ 在飞机上、停机坪、跑道处禁止吸烟。
⑩ 不要戴帽。
⑪ 确保松散物品的安全绑紧,以免被绞到飞机的旋翼中去。
⑫ 关闭个人电子通信设备。
① 直升机滑回停机坪后,经机长允许后方可离开直升机,且要跟随公司安全人员引导线路离开飞行区域。
② 接近和离开飞机时弯腰,禁止在直升机旁逗留,禁止接近直升机中后部,禁止接近尾桨。
① 在紧急降落时,一定要确保系好肩带和安全带,坐在座位上。否则旅客会被抛向机舱一侧,驾驶员容易失去控制。
② 做好迫降姿势
③ 在有必要撤离飞机时,驾驶员会发出所有必要的撤离令。但如果机长失去行为能力,那么乘客就必须主动保证自身安全。
违禁物品就是为了保障航空安全,由国家或公安部、民航局制定的有关法律、法令、通告和内部规定中,明文规定禁止旅客随身带上飞机或在托运行李物品中夹带上飞机的物品,通常包括枪械、弹药、管制工具、利器、易燃、易爆、腐蚀、毒害、放射性、传染和其他危及飞行安全的物品。这些物品如果被犯罪分子所利用,将对航空安全造成威胁。种类有:
① 枪支和警械:各种类型的军用、民用枪支,包括气枪、运动抢、猎枪、信号枪、麻醉注射枪、样品枪和逼真的玩具枪等。
② 弹药和爆炸物品:炸弹、手榴弹、子弹、照明弹、教练弹、烟幕弹、炸药、火药、引信、雷管、导火索、导爆索及其他爆炸物品和纵火器材。
③ 管制刀具、匕首、三菱刀(包括机械加工用的三棱刮刀、带有自锁装置的弹簧刀(跳刀)以及其他属于管制刀类的单刃、双刃三棱刀)。
④ 易燃易爆物品:酒精、煤油、汽油、硝化甘油、硝铵、松香油、橡胶水、油漆、白酒、丁烷液化气罐及其他瓶装压缩气体和液化气体,硫化磷、铬粉铅粉、闪光粉、黄磷、硝化纤维胶片、金属钠、金属钾、烟花、鞭炮等。
⑤ 毒害品:氰化钾、砷、有毒农药、氯气有毒化学试剂,灭鼠药剂等各种有机、无机毒品。七、氧化剂:烟雾剂、发光剂、过氧化钠、过氧化钾、硝酸氨、过氧化铅、过氧。
⑥ 腐蚀物品:硫酸、硝酸、盐酸、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、有液蓄电池等具有腐蚀作用的物品。
⑦ 放射性物品:放射性同位素等射性物品。
⑧ 易传播病毒的物品:传染性细菌、病毒和带有活病原体的物质等。
⑨ 其它危害民用飞机安全的危险物品包括有特殊刺激性气味的物品和腐蚀性物品和民航总局公告的违禁物品。
可携带的锂电池可以作为手提行李携带含不超过100Wh锂电池的笔记本电脑、手机、照相机等个人用便携式电子设备及备用电池登上客机。

限制携带的锂电池电极粘贴经航空公司批准,可以携带含超过100Wh但不超过160Wh锂电池的电子设备登机。每位旅客携带此类备用锂电池不能超过两个,且不能托运。

禁止携带的锂电池禁止携带或托运超过160Wh的大型锂电池或电子设备。
备用电池必须单个做好保护以防短路(放入原零售包装或以其他方式将电极绝缘,如在暴露的电极上贴胶带,或将每个电池放入单独的塑料袋或保护盒中。
违规携带锂电池,将危害旅客人身和财产安全,造成严重的后果,将受到法律制裁。
This is a general safety requirements sheet for flying by helicopter and does not include all the necessary safety precautions. You may expect a pre-flight safety guide featuring the characteristics of helicopters from the pilot(s) who will answer certain questions related to the flight.
1) You are obliged to declare your physical condition and fill in the information form before boarding, which is not allowed for pregnant women, passengers with heart disease, high blood pressure, severe fear of heights, and severe airsickness as well as passengers having had an invasive surgery in the last 15 days.
2) Unaccompanied children, sick or disabled passengers, pregnant women, and prisoners are only allowed to board upon the approval of and the arrangements by the Airline and signing an exemption agreement in accordance with the Airline’s conditions. Boarding is not allowed for passengers with infectious diseases, mental illnesses, or health conditions that may endanger themselves or other passengers. The Airline has the right to deny passengers who are not allowed to take the flight according to laws and regulations.
3) You are obliged to watch the safety video prior to boarding.
4) Please have yourself and your baggage weighed separately.
5) You are obliged to inform the coordinator and the pilot of any explosives, radioactive items or other dangerous items you are carrying, as the safe transport of dangerous items will be strictly implemented to minimise the risk.
6) You are obliged to go through baggage check before passing.
1) All cargo shall be securely tied up before take-off.
2) The apron and runway shall be kept clean and free for landing.
3) The pilot(s) shall be responsible for the aircraft and all passengers and provide a full guide including instructions on how to use the life jacket.
4) Please approach and leave the aircraft within the pilot's field of vision, and do not walk under the aircraft's tail rotor and tail beam without authorisation.
5) Passengers are only allowed to register or disembark with the permission of the pilot(s) and/or the base staff.
6) Please fasten your seat belt throughout the flight unless instructed otherwise.
7) For flights over the sea, you must wear the life jacket throughout the journey.
8) You must wear hearing protectors (earphones) when boarding, flying and leaving the aircraft.
9) Smoking is prohibited during the flight and on the apron/runway.
10)Do not wear a cap.
11)Please ensure your loose belongings are securely tied up to prevent them from being twisted into the rotor of the aircraft.
12)Please turn off your electronic and communication devices.
1) After the helicopter slides back to the apron, you must only leave the helicopter with permission, and follow the instructions out of the flight area.
2) Please approach and leave the aircraft bending over. Do not linger around the aircraft or approach the middle and rear part of the helicopter or the tail rotor.
1) In case of emergency landing, fasten your shoulder belt and seat belt and remain seated to keep you from being thrown to one side of the cabin and the pilot from losing control.
2) Make the posture as follows for an emergency landing.
3) In cases of having to evacuate the aircraft, you will expect the pilot(s) to issue any evacuation orders. However, in cases where the pilot(s) loses his/their capacity, as a passenger you must seek to ensure your own safety.
In view of flight safety and in accordance with laws, decrees, notices and regulations, firearms, ammunition, control tools, sharp weapons, flammables, explosives, corrosives, poisonous, radioactive or infectious items and other items that might endanger flight safety are prohibited both in hand baggage or check-in baggage. Prohibited items include:
1) Guns and police weapons, including air guns, sports guns, shotguns, flare guns, anesthesia injection guns, sample guns and realistic toy guns.
2) Ammunition and explosives, including bombs, grenades, bullets, flares, trainer bombs, smoke grenades, explosives, gunpowder, fuses, detonators, fuse, detonating cord and other explosives and arson equipment.
3) Controlled knives, daggers and three-square tools, including triangular scrapers for machining, switchblade knives with self-locking devices and other controlled single-edged and double-edged triangular knives.
4) Inflammables and explosives, including alcohol, kerosene, gasoline, nitroglycerin, ammonium nitrate, rosin oil, rubber water, paint, white wine, butane liquefied gas tanks and other bottled compressed gas and liquefied gas, phosphorus sulfide, chromium powder and lead powder, flash powder, yellow phosphorus, nitrocellulose film, metallic sodium, metallic potassium, fireworks, firecrackers, etc.
5) Poisonous items, including potassium cyanide, arsenic, toxic pesticides, chlorine toxic chemical reagents, rodenticides and other organic and inorganic drugs.
6) Oxidizers, including aerosol, luminous agent, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, ammonium nitrate, lead peroxide, peroxygen, etc.
7) Corrosives, including sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, liquid batteries, etc.
8) Radioactive items such as radioisotopes.
9) Items that spread viruses: infectious bacteria, viruses, and items carrying live pathogens, etc.
10)Other items that might endanger safety, including items with pungent odors and other prohibited items announced by the Civil Aviation Administration.
You may carry in your hand baggage your personal portable electronic devices such as laptops, mobile phones, and cameras containing a lithium battery of no more than 100Wh and a backup battery.

With the approval of the Airline, you may carry in your hand baggage your electronic devices containing lithium batteries exceeding 100Wh but not exceeding 160Wh and no more than two backup batteries.
Lithium batteries exceeding 160Wh are prohibited both in hand baggage or check-in baggage.
Backup batteries must be individually protected to prevent short circuits - you may do so by putting them in the retail package, sticking tape on the exposed electrodes, or putting each battery in a separate plastic bag or protective box.
You may face charges if you attempt to carry lithium batteries in violation of regulations, which may endanger safety.
